This is the second of several large castle sets that, when put together, make a complete Hogwarts castle. This version is made up of three buildings: the Gatehouse, the Main Hall, and Gryffindor Tower.
The Gatehouse is the gated entrance to the castle. You can post Dementors here so make sure your minifigs don't give them any reason to attack!
The Main Hall, which is actually three towers that can be connected or left apart, is very interesting. It has a pendulum clock that has a wind-up mechanism so it really causes the pendulum to swing! There are tons of secrets to discover, such as a secret chamber and a trap door.
Gryffindor Tower opens to reveal a writing desk for doing homework on the first level (perfect for Hermione Granger) and two beds, one for Harry Potter and one for Ron Weasley, on the second level.
