LEGO® Set 4737 – Quidditch Match

Flying Lessons was sold in 2002 and was very similar to this set. This set, however, expanded on the older one in a few ways.

The older set had a tower that was built from bricks that matched the house colors of Slytherin and Gryffindor. This set is made from Ravenclaw colored bricks. Poor Hufflepuff! The only Quidditch tower that was made with Hufflepuff colored bricks was the Quidditch Tower, which is almost impossible to find.

The rings have gotten a makeover in this edition of Quidditch and I really like the golden hoops. Unlike the practice set, this set also has a trophy for the winning team to display.

I Want This - Help Me Find It

Both Quidditch sets have Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, and Madame Hooch, but this version has two additional characters. The two minifigs are Marcus Flint, captain of the Slytherin team, and Oliver Wood, captain of the Gryffindor team.

You also get everything you need to play the wizarding game of Quidditch - beaters, bludgers, brooms, a quaffle, and a Golden Snitch. The four players even have helmets to keep their little noggins safe from vicious attacks by Beaters!
