The 20th anniversary of the first Harry Potter film is fast approaching! It’s hard to believe that it has been 20 years since we were first introduced to the magic of director Chris Columbus’s movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (or Philospher’s Stone, depending on where you are in the world).
Many different companies are celebrating this in a variety of ways, and Vudu, an on-demand streaming company, is celebrating with a sale. Vudu is available only to people who live in the US but if you do then you probably already know about them. I have used their streaming service for years and have all eight of the Harry Potter films in my account, as well as the first two Fantastic Beasts movies. The other Fantastic Beasts movies will be added to my account as they are released.
The way Vudu is celebrating is by having a sale on the eight-film bundle. For those of you who don’t yet have digital versions of the movies then this is a wonderful way to get all the movies at once at a great price! You can see them here. But act quick because this sale runs from now through November 22, 2021.
Which brings me to the part where you have an opportunity to win the movies! Vudu is partnering with me so that I can give away a code valued at $59.99 so that one lucky person can get all eight Harry Potter films. I am joining forces with my friend Tracey Nicol-Lewis and she is creating the giveaway (for US residents only), which will end on November 16, 2021. Visit her Facebook page for more details.
Note: I will update the link to Tracey’s Facebook page after she posts the details of the contest.
Update: The link above to Tracey’s Facebook page has been update to take you directly to the contest details.
Here is the official release information from Vudu about this event:
