Blythe dolls were originally sold for just one year in 1972 but they developed a bit of a cult following. Fast forward to today and they are being sold again in various forms. One of the things that makes these dolls unique is that their eyes change color when a string is pulled.
I have to admit that I had never heard of Blythe dolls but saw clothes for them when I was researching Harry Potter clothing for American Girl dolls. They caught me interest and that's when I looked up the history of Blythe dolls, which are adorable with their oversized heads and large eyes.
Although there aren't a lot of Harry Potter clothes and accessories for Blythe dolls, there are enough items that you can turn your doll into a student at Hogwarts. I found a Gryffindor uniform, scarves, tights in the colors of all four houses - Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. I even found a wonderful collection of doll sized school textbooks! Everything that I found as on Etsy but you might also find something on eBay, which is why I included a link to both sites.
Do you live outside the United States?
Although some items on Amazon can be shipped world wide, you will probably have the best luck with eBay and Etsy. Click here to see how to know if an item from those three sites can be shipped outside the U.S.A., as well as how you can buy items found and have them shipped to you even if the store you buy from doesn't ship to your country.(Clicking this will open a new window so you won't lose the page you are currently on.)
