We recently learned that there will be two GameStop Harry Potter Funko exclusives. They will have a flocked (fuzzy) version of Hedwig, as well as the advent calendar.
To be honest, I wasn't sure if GameStop would actually have their own version of the calendar (Funko calls it "advent" and GameStop calls it "countdown") because I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere but I did see a rumor about it. According to the rumor, their version will have three characters unique to them.
I took a chance and went to my local store to preorder it and was pleased to see that it does, in fact, look like an exclusive. Here is a picture of my preorder receipt:

You can preorder these items right now (as of October 15, 2018) by going to your local GameStop. That part is important because you can't preorder online. Give them these two item numbers so they can locate each in their computer:
- 176362 for the advent calendar
- 176924 for Hedwig
You'll have to pay a minimum of $5 per item at the time of preorder and then pay the balance when you pick them up. I was told that the release date for the calendar is November 1, 2018 and for Hedwig is November 15, 2018.
FYI, if you want the countdown calendar then I highly recommend that you preorder it now! I've heard that other sources have already sold out of the common version, such as Amazon, and aren't getting more so GameStop might be your one chance to get this if you don't want to pay high costs on eBay after the fact.
