Well, a Hardy Good Morning Students and Faculty:
Seems someone got hold of a lot of muggle items called balloons. When we arose this morning there where, and still are, thousands of balloons floating around the castle. In every room and corridor. I guess someone last night put a charm on them to inflate and rise up. Breakfast was a little late this morning as the house elves where having the time of their lives playing with them in the kitchens and Great Hall. The school ghosts are playing some type of game trying to make them move. All in fun. I must say, I have enjoyed the beauty of it.
