Good Morning Students and Faculty:
An interesting night it has been. It seems the moaning in the hallways has started again. It did once again stop at 12:00 midnight. There has to be a reason for this occurrence. I just cannot understand it. No harm is done other than some lost sleep. There must be a solution to this. It also seems that the same occurrence is happening at The Ministry of Magic too. But how? I must be missing something! It also seems the stairs are unusually active in their movements. There will be officials here at the school today in and about the school so please give them your full cooperation.
