The last three Harry Potter sets ever made by LEGO® were very small and came in polybags, not boxes. This one is of the magical train that takes students to and from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
This set was originally given away for free with a minimum purchase of a certain amount - I think it was given away with purchases of $25 or more, if I remember correctly. I think they later sold instead of gave it away it but I'm not positive about that.
This is a very small version of the Hogwarts Express. It might be small but it is very cute!
