Interesting Events Last Night Students and Faculty:
The source of the moaning has been identified and dealt with. It seems that the hidden room Professor Slughorn found in February had an interesting artifact in it. This artifact dates back to the 13th century. A small bottle with a label saying, "Open me and no harm will become you." When opened last week all that could be seen or felt was a puff of wind. Last night using a potion of Felix Felicis "Liquid luck" I was able to actually follow the moans around the school to the bottle in the artifact room. I witnessed at the stroke of midnight a mist going back into the bottle and at that time all moaning stopped. I inserted the cork back in it and all seems fine. Now what and why these events are happening and emanating from this artifact I do not know. The connection to the Ministry of Magic still a mystery. I feel confident that the pieces will come together soon. Ah, must be a little of the potion still working in me. Funny. Optimism! Have a wonderfully successful day to all.
